things up inside the F&B operation and retraining staff to an elevated set of 
expectations) for a year now. Picking up with our F&B director where we left 
off last spring in The Yucca Times, we learned she’s closed another leadership gap 
by bringing Eliana Engle on staff as events coordinator.
